The chef was unable to cook a 'medium' steak , after returning the 'well done' steak once the next steak also came back 'well done' the manager was rude , and has no sense of customer service , defending the steak and upsetting my partner and her mother in the process. He then publicly sacked the chef and told me that he wasn't good at customer service , that was his wife's job !! Good eh!!January 15, 2017
